For £80 plus VAT per month we are able to provide the following:
The preparation of the company's accounts.
All advice, both written and verbal, during the year.
Any meetings between ourselves during the year.
Dealing with PAYE enquiries arising during the year.
Dealing with the administration and processing of company
dividends paid during the year.
Dealing with Companies House on all matters arising.
Submitting the company accounts to the Inland Revenue and
dealing with all matters arising.
The above quote assumes one contractor working
through the company.
